Roberto Planos

Roberto Planos is an AI specialist whose career spans machine-learning research, natural-language-processing engineering, and enterprise security consulting. Before joining Framework Security, Roberto led portfolio strategy at PlanOS Consulting, drove Agile transformation at BigCommerce, and delivered large-scale Salesforce solutions for public-sector clients at MTX. Earlier, as Senior Project Manager and Program Manager at CognitiveScale, they guided cross-functional teams that built custom AI applications for Fortune 100 finance, healthcare, and retail clients, managed end-to-end big-data deployments, and launched the firm’s first responsible-AI initiative. Beginning with academic research on ETL architectures and adversarial robustness, Roberto built production NLP pipelines for sentiment analysis, conversational agents, and model monitoring at scale. They later architected multimodal risk-scoring engines for fintech and advised Fortune 500 teams on bias mitigation, data governance, and lifecycle controls, translating complex model behavior into actionable insights that drive safe, transparent, and high-impact AI solutions. He holds a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Thought from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Oklahoma State University.
